The 2023 Casey’s General Stores, Inc. annual shareholders’ meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. Central Time on September 6, 2023 (the ‘‘Annual Meeting’’). The Annual Meeting will be a virtual meeting only, conducted via live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/CASY2023.
To participate in the virtual Annual Meeting, you will need the 16-digit control number included on your Notice, proxy card or voting instruction form. The meeting webcast will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., Central Time, and we encourage you to access the meeting prior to the start time.
We will also make the Annual Meeting accessible to anyone else who is interested, including team members and other constituents, by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/CASY2023 however, non-shareholder guests will not be permitted to vote or submit questions at the Annual Meeting.
