To participate in the virtual Annual Meeting, you will need the 16-digit control number included on your Notice, proxy card or voting instruction form. The meeting webcast will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., Central Time, and we encourage you to access the meeting prior to the start time. .
We will also make the Annual Meeting accessible to anyone else who is interested, including team members and other constituents, by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/CASY2025 however, non-shareholder guests will not be permitted to vote or submit questions at the Annual Meeting.
